What Quality of Product Should I Bring Along?

The other decision that you have to make is on what quality of product you should take along. You essentially need to find the balance between;

  • Being quality enough to represent your company appropriately
  • Being affordable enough that you can give them out without discretion

What Quality of Product Should I Bring Along?

For example, the printed products that you distribute are the only thing that represents your brand to potential customers. As a result, you do not want to hand out a flimsy and poorly designed business card or leaflet as there is every chance they will throw it away or even be put off by it.

Similarly, you might not want to hand out elaborate booklets as it may get to the point that you are too picky in regards to who you hand them out to. This is not the purpose of going to an exhibition, per se, you want to cast as wide a net as possible and get your company name out there.

The best way of addressing this is to find a happy medium. The materials need to be affordable without being cheap, and quality without being expensive.

This is something that I am perfectly happy to help you with, and together we can find a balance that works for you. Using my familiarity with the printing process, we develop a printing project that will accommodate your budget and give you a material that will be effective at an exhibition.

What Numbers Should I Print for an Exhibition?

One of the biggest mistakes that people make when preparing for an exhibition is not getting enough marketing materials printed. Many people underestimate just how many people will take an interest in their company and run out of leaflets or booklets halfway through the day.

Naturally, the number you will require can vary depending on the event. However, it is always better to overestimate and leave with too many.

The critical thing to remember is that after a print job has been set up, it does not cost much to scale it up. The cost of the job is in getting the project ready for print, but the disparity in price between a job of 500 units compared to 2000 is relatively minimal.

What Numbers Should I Print for an Exhibition?

It is hard to give a concrete number, but there is no point in turning up to an event with 250 leaflets. At a minimum, you should take 1000, but ideally more. Remember; you can also distribute any extra that you have after the event elsewhere.

NJ Graphics, Your Local Printer

It is my goal to provide printing solutions that are tailor-fit for your business requirements whatever they may be. Using my experience in design and printing, I am able to plan printing projects that address all of your needs.

With my in-depth knowledge of the options available to you, I can advise on what course of action is best for you and your budget and ensure that every penny spent reaches its full potential.

Additionally, if you have a design already available or know someone who you would like to generate an image for you, then I am perfectly happy to just organise a printing job to produce this design.

However, I am also happy to create a design for you. By discussing with you the specifics about your business and what you need the printing job to convey, I can create a bespoke design that will impress anyone who receives some of your exhibition material.

Similarly, remember that there is no concrete rule on what you need for an exhibition. It depends on;

  • Your business
  • The event
  • Your target audience
  • Your budget

However, I am happy to discuss the particular exhibition with you and advise on how you should move forward.
